What we do differently is offer the opportunity for practices to train all their staff in one day. This enables practices to simply close on one day, removing the logistical issues of changing patient appointments and covering staff absence. As we cover all the CPD requirements and remind practices when top up training or skills updates are needed, you’ll no longer need to worry about any essential training being missed.
Our training programmes are set up to ensure that all staff undertake essential training such as Health and Safety and First Aid but then split into relevant staff groups for bespoke role-specific training. We also focus on more generic but highly important skills such as team building and management, the impact of which is even greater when undertaken by the full practice team.
We hold tailored smaller workshop events where we identify a need, for example our workshop for Practice Managers was very well received.
Whilst we offer whole team training, we are fully flexible should you wish to send fewer or even just one of your staff members.
